I would like to write a review about DSV Road: HP133 your customer service is very poor and appalling, I had to go and collect my parcel myself adding extra costs from my side and very inconvenient for me.... I am not happy at all and the most disappointing this is that you did not communicate with me, I have to take the initiative to follow-up on you finding out myself on to what was going on and you were not bothered at all ...... I don't think you understand my frustration on this matter
