I would like to lodge a formal complaint against DSV Bloemfontein their Mounties department is totally and utterly useless!! My Bank card has been delivered to them on Monday and they are just sending me from pillar to post not answering any calls they are completely unprofessional and useless they should rather shut doors they are not helpful at all they have no sense of customer service
