I waited for my deli...

I waited for my delivery from the 09th of February and I only got it on the 23 of February after ups and downs setting emails doing follow up..and the first person who called me that he's coming to deliver my parcel he didn't reach my place yet he was near by my place to me it wasn't a professional way to do that...but nevertheless the second guy who delivered my parcel he was friendly...
