i received a call 5 ...

i received a call 5 days before i receive my parcel saying that my order has been given to a driver been delivered to mafikeng and from there i never received a tracking number or call to state that my parcel has arrived to the warehouse or in mafikeng or where ever it was held and could not get any answers to where it is from then ...i only received a call unexpectedly after 5day from a driver asking for direction to my house which is unproffesional...what if i was not available that time or had to rush somewhere out of mafikeng ???
