I placed a order with MTN on the 14th of April

I placed a order with MTN on the 14th of April. Paid a additional R200 pro rata rate for the remainder of April for services, which I won't be able to make use of. It's been 14 days since my order was placed and I still haven't received my parcel. I was contacted only on the 23rd after I had to follow up on my parcel. Which was already a week after the date of order. I was told my parcel would arrive on Friday. No joy.send a email again today to enquiry. Only got a automated reply. And this for a delivery that was supposed to be done in 1 to 3 working days
