I need ZERO stars for this experience! I have a parcel that was supposed to be collected from a locker, I was told a driver will go and collect it. Now I get an email saying I must go to the locker myself and then call them when I am there, I now realise that DSV does not take me seriously and I will stop using it for my business deliveries. I have parcel bags and boxes that I will want a full refund on!!!!
