I logged a return on a parcel
I logged a return on a parcel. Was told that the parcel will be collected, on friday, no collection was made, i received an apology. On monday, i got another apology, tuesday, same thing until the next friday. I even suggested a way for them to take the parcel. HP082. Bad service
