I HATE DSV for causing me so much Anxiety and stress
I DO NOT RECOMMEND DSV and MAKRO To say the service is appalling would be an understatement. Customer service is as good as none existent. The driver delivered in my area, I chased after the delivery car and he claims that some other driver has my LAPTOP. Why do I have to wait 7 DAYS for something I bought. My anxiety is peaking thanks to the inconvenience DSV caused me, now I have a written warning cause I spent 2 FULL DAYS waiting for the delivery, only for the drive to claim I wasn't available cause he complete tasks HE GET PAID FOR. I am never buying from any company that works with DSV. I am distraught truly.
