I complained about their poor delivery service
I complained about their poor delivery service. They routed my parcel from Pietermaritzburg to Durban to Johannesburg and then to Newcastle for delivery in Northern KZN when they could've just sent it from Pietermaritzburg to Newcastle. They are wasting their own fuel by carrying the extra weight. I made a complaint, and the lady there didn't even bother to deal with my complaint. She just said my parcel was delivered. HP018
