I am waiting for a delivery that was picked up on 04/10/2022 in Valhalla, Pretoria. I phoned early this morning (10/10/2022) to check what the problem is. Jermaine checked and said that the parcel was not returned. It was for delivery on Friday, 07/10/2022. Jermaine promised to get back to me. Till date I have not heard from Jermaine yet or received my parcel. Just think this is unbelievable for a package to take a week for delivery in Pretoria. Very bad service.🤔
