I am very disappointed with their service

I am very disappointed with their service. The courier left my legal documents at the wrong address - don't know who signed for it, never calling to verify my actual address when they did not find me at that premises. I only found out where my documentation was because the lady at the wrong address made contact with me. Moreover, when I called their call centre, I was met with blame shifting and no apology.
