I am super happy with the service this far, I must say however, it did not start off on a good note

I am super happy with the service this far, I must say however, it did not start off on a good note. My package was not delivered and incorrectly annotated as delivery failed, saying cx was not present for delivery. This was untrue and very upsetting, I reached out to cx service and both ladies from the one that took my call to the one that handle my query, were extremely professional and did what they said they would. My package finally arrived and I am pleased with promises that were made and kept. Thank you.
