I am appalled by the service

I am appalled by the service. My card was supposed to be delivered last week Thursday after a consultant communicated with me and took my delivery address. On the day of the delivery I was told that the delivery will not be made as they do not deliver in my province. It’s been two days and I haven’t heard any communication from them meanwhile the bank charged me a delivery fee for nothing. This is poor service and a huge inconvenience.
