HP133 was incredibly helpful - I had to have my parcel (which was already on its way to Johannesburg) diverted to another address in Johannesburg. Everyone at DSV Road - by phone as well as email - was very astute and helpful and managed to do this in good time. I particularly liked the call back system. Also, my parcel was a framed photograph, huge with glass, and it arrived safely. THANK YOU!
