HP133, Package that was supposed to be picked up from dsv to the delivery address took over 2 days to get collected because of lack quick communication flow internally at DSV, when they collect from any address to another address they are good
HP133, Package that was supposed to be picked up from dsv to the delivery address took over 2 days to get collected because of lack quick communication flow internally at DSV, when they collect from any address to another address they are good. I think internally ticket system is not automated properly for customers satisfaction at this point
