HP082 - it seems that they lost my parcel and missed the express delivery as per my request and what I had paid for. Once I followed up on the delivery, they actioned it but invalidated my frustration by sharing a POD and claiming it was delivered. However, it was super late and not as per plan. This is frustrating and I would actually want a refund because they did not complete an express delivery and were negligent with my parcel.
