HP018 The consultant who handled my query was polite, very efficient and consistently kept me updated for which I am very appreciative, as I have recently had a negative experience with a different courier company who not only failed to deliver on time, but compounded with a breakage, also failed to provide communication, and let myself and my client down with poor service overall. Although the query that the DSV consultant dealt with for me was for a personal delivery, it is through this experience and his awesome service that I will be happy to move my business shipments to DSV as well.
