Horror service!

Worst experience ever!!! I always had respect for DSV because of its capacity of business until I experienced this horror of service. I was expecting a package arranged by them which they never came. I waited for them the whole day, no call, no nothing. I tried to contact the company I initially had a contract with and they managed to get hold of them...this happened two more times after that..atheist the driver, Richard took the liberty to call.. but never came. I tried to cancel my contract with the other company with no luck, so DSV made yet another arrangement with me to deliver, making all sorts of promises to deliver. The driver finally came...however did not have signal to finish my biometric registration and had to take a drive to find network for me to get my parcel?! Taking my ID with him. He finally came back after some time and finished the registration of identity for me to receive my package, to yet again leave with my ID?! This happened on Monday, been trying to get my ID back with no luck! I mean, he must have noticed it after some time, why not just bring it back or contact me to collect it or something...
