Horrified by DSV Road Customer service
The level of customer service from DSV Road is beyond shocking. I have attempted on numerous occasions to call them. If the line does not get cut off while you are holding, it does not get answered or it does not work. The driver called me 3 weeks ago to deliver, he is still on his way. Wow
