Horrific service with DSV Distributors
I am appalled at the service from DSV Bloemfontein and their locker service, I dropped off a package at one of their Engen lockers on the 3rd, I was told it would be collected on Monday as it was a Saturday, when I checked on the 7th the parcel was still there. I had to waste my airtime and call and find out why this package was still laying there. They collected on the 7th and today on the 14th July this package is still in Bloemfontein warehouse. This is bad service and I need something done with this matter as I'll never support this company again.
