Horrific Customer Service and No Package delivery

<p>On 26 October I ordered a product from OneDayOnly.co.za . </p> <p>On Wednesday, 02 November I received a text messaged notifying the delivery of my parcel, claiming it will be delivered with DSV South Africa (Uti World Wide). I phoned their customer service number at 09h00am to get proximate time of delivery which they rep**** on 14h30. </p> <p>On Wednesday, 02 Nov at 14h00 I waited for over an hour for the arrival of the parcel, at 15h30 I left my house and phoned the customer care line to find out why or when the package will be delivered. Their operators kept me online for 20 minutes claiming they had the driver on the other and they never confirmed or returned to my call.</p> <p>On Friday, 04 Nov I phoned again, because I've still not received my parcel, and once again were promised a return phone call, they didn't phone back and they kept me on hold for 22 minutes where after the operator just put the phone down in my ear.</p> <p>On Monday, 07 Nov I've sent over 10 emails to their customer care email address, and they kept on claiming that the package have been delivered and signed for, which was incorrect, I never signed or received the package.</p> <p>Attached is a document of the incorrect person and incorrect delivery address they delivered my parcel to.</p> <p> </p> <p>Up to date they've closed the ticket and not apologized, or returned any of my emails with a solution to how I can possibly retrieve the parcel. Neither have they returned the phone call from Friday, 04 November.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately this not only reflects badly on DSV Couriers but also OneDayOnly. I would never recommend anyone to order or make use of these services.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
