Horrible Service, No regard for the consumers time. Impossible to get the help you need.

I ordered a new bank card from Discovery which was confirmed for delivery with DSV for yesterday between 8am and 12pm. At 13:00 yesterday i called and advised that i didn't receive my bank card. The gentlemen i spoke to said i would receive it before end of the day. Its now 13:21 the next day and still havent recieved it. I called in only to be told: "THE CARD WASNT SENT OUT FOR DELIVERY TODAY" im leaving for durban tomorrow morning at 4am and now i dont have a bank card. When asking to collect the card they stated we can only deliver it and can do so tomorrow between 8am and 12pm. They havre no regard for time whats so ever. They werent helpful when i phoned back either all i got was ill escalate the matter and still nothing. Dont they realize that people rely on their service and evidently they have none.
