HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MTN SALES AND DSV ROAD SERVICES

Do not ever use DSV Road services and MTN, the level of service is horrible. I ordered a home router from Mtn. Mtn advised that I should contact DSV regarding delivery. I contacted DSV and they informed me that the driver is already out coming to deliver my order. Having noted that the cellphone number on the order was incorrect, I requested them to note the number on which I can e contacted on upon delivery. DVS refused to take the number, and told me they need confirmation from MTN. Disappointingly I contacted MTN and DSV more than give times to try and resolve the issue of an incorrect number on the order. Finally the last call I made to Mtn at around 16:30, Nondumiso Duma assisted me and quickly escalated the change of the contact number. I must say the service I received from Nondumiso was excellent. Keep it Nondumiso. However, I can't say the same for the service from Nqobile Khoza, I was very disappointed by her service. First she captured my order incorrectly. On numerous occasions when I called Mtn requesting her to call me so that the issue can be rectified, she failed to escalate the isdue to DSV like how Nondumiso did after promising that she would. On the second day, I contacted DSV again, I was told the contact number as been rectified but my order will have to wait for the next morning. So disappointing. The manner in which these two companies operate have put me in so much inconvenience. I would certainly discourage any company or person to use these two companies. They surely do not care about customers.
