Horrible service delivery.

I have been waiting 25 days for a replacement card from Nedbank and DSV. The bank keeps blaming the courier and while that happens, no one is resolving this matter. To wait 25 days for a card is crazy and unacceptable, but telling anyone this is pointless. #WHERE THE **** IS MY CARD???? Reference number: ***
