Horrible service
DSV is atrocious when it comes to professionalism. I received a call last week scheduling my delivery for the 22nd of November(today) and the timeslot I was given was 4-6. Around 5:10 I called their number as I had not received any communication from the driver nor the company today, when I called a man named Bongani assisted me and said that he would check with the driver and call me right back. 30 minutes later I tried calling as the assistant did not get back to me and to my surprise the company had closed business for the day. No one bothered to let me know that my parcel will not be arrive today and the assistant did not get back to me.
