Horrible service and no communication or updates on the tracking site
I got a message on the 29th that my order from CUM books would be delivered before 5 pm...today it's the 31st and still no delivery or even a call. Now when I check on the tracking site it says delivery failed receiver not available which ia ridiculous because I have been in the house since I got the message that the delivery is on the way. And the update on the site only appeared today but it says it was updated on the 29th. Your service is the worst, and as for the lies that the receiver is not available when you did even try to contact me... absolutely horrible
