Horrible service and communication. I felt like a begat the whole entire time.
The worst decision I have ever mad is to try and send a parcel via dsv. I have been on the edge the whole week.
Parcel was first sent to the wrong distribution channel to having to wait literally the whole day for things my poor child needed for school.
I will never ever even attempt to use dsv again. Do yourself a favour please and stay away from those drop off centres at the Engen garages.

26 May 2023, 15:48I have literally been calling everyday and escalating the matter but that didn’t even help because even now as we speak they still chose to deliver my parcel last and hasn’t even reached its destination. Nothing helps. It would be interesting to see if they will ever call , let alone to give a solution
