Horrible service

Bad service at DSV Durban The service of DSV in durban is extremely poor, I was waiting for my parcel to be delivered today, I kept calling thr don't answer their phones, if I call JHB branch, they kept me on hold for almost an hour, only come back and say we will call you later, it 18:15, I have not received a confirmation of my parcel. Sad part is I been spending hours on the phone . I called work now and no drive showed up . Why promis a service and not sure. I even stayed 2 hours after work waiting as drive kept say 30 mins away

Which means, I won't get my parcel.

I'm frustrated, the supervisor on duty, promised to call, she hasn't called, I've been calling with no success.
