Horrible service

Worst service from Dsv ,mtn sent my parcel with them and I called them to find out when they were going to deliver ,then a very rude consultant of dsv said she will call me back of which she didn't call for 2 days ,and I called them back and was advised to call mtn, which I did n mtn sent them several emails to deliver the parcel but still they did not , what reason do they have to not deliver customer packages?and with the list of complaints, they still don't see anything wrong with how they are treating their customers? Dsv rily needs to monitor or reshuffle their consultants because they are very comfortable at giving horrible services to customers and without the customers they wud not be paid, or rather they shud understand that we are not begging them for our deliveries but are paying for what they should deliver .very horrible service and would never recommend anyone to use them.
