Horrible service

I was expecting a delivery for medication from pharmacy direct, who uses DSV. On the 24th of December the driver subsequently went out for delivery but no one saw him. He made contact to say he was outside after leaving. We then called on the 27th of December to follow up and find out if delivery will be made as promised. Still no delivery was done. I've been calling trying to track this delivery as it is needed, with no answer. They've put me through to all the wrong departments and no one is able to assist. This is for medication that is needed for a chronic condition.
