Horrible Service!!
If I could give them 0 starts I would. I am so disappointed with the logistics team for DSV. They keep sending me sms's saying that they failed to deliver my parcel even though I am at home all day waiting for them and no one from the team has once tried calling me. I have phoned 3 days in a row now to enquire about the reason for failure and why the driver does not contact me but each time the customer service agents just confirm my details but nothing gets resolved. I am so frustrated and will never support this company again.
