Horrible service
Made and paid for an express booking Thursday 15 Feb 2024 as parcels needed to be delivered 20 Feb 2024. Phoned and email them on Friday because they didn't do the collection. I was told they will collect later the day. Then phoned again on Saturday and so did I phone on Monday again and was transferred from one person to the next but again guaranteed it will be collected. Its now 18:15 and still no collection.
