Horrible Service 🚮🚮🚮🚮

What a ****py service. They can't even get my address correct. As for the driver who was suppose to deliver my small parcel, saying he was rude is an understatement. He told me that their biometric device is faulty or offline and I should make means to call them back to arrange delivery as that's not his job. He even made a sly comment about being offline. Poor, poor service. I'm fuming
