Horrible experience ever

Everything about this is very very bad, tracking device regarding your parcel is bad, when you call to ask about the parcel the agent lie and say it is with the driver and they make you wait the whole day after the driver lies too and say you were not available, I mean how can I call the whole to track my parcel and not avail myself... They have been doing this since the whole of last week, their consultants also lie by saying they are calling the driver they will get back to you of which they never do. Horrible service ever ever, I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to courier with ****** (DSV)
