Horrible experience
I was contacted regarding my delivery for friday 21/10/2022 between 12:00 -14:00 & the driver never contacted me regarding issues with the delivery address & my address is a business address therefore no one is there after 4pm which I specified,I contacted the delivery address & the coloured lady just doesnt care & is not compassionate towards my grievance...any service provider that Dsv am not going to use...just the decency from the driver to contact me...this is just poor service
