HORRIBLE and DELAYED Service from DSV Mounties
Absolutely appauling. I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get a courier which should have only taken 3-4 days at most! The parcel was first stuck at the JHB office even after my address was confirmed for the Eastern Cape. Then once it arrived at East London, the driver did not take my package for delivery the next day and so I had to wait another 3 days for delivery! THIS IS NOT OK! The other Courier services like DHL and RAM are so much better organised in comparison! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE! And it is impossible to get hold of ANYONE in the East London branch. I tried calling for 2 days and got no response. The CTN and JHB offices had to help me in the end!

I had really hoped to be able to give some good feedback on this issue. However, this not seem to be the case.
After my initial review here on HelloPeter, I immediately had someone from DSV contact me and apologise and try to rectify the issue. This I really appreciated! The East London branch then called me to arrange that they will indeed deliver the package between 14h00 - 16h30 today. I was pleased at this point.
However - it is now past 17h00 and I have received NO DELIVERY! And no one has called me to let me know why or arrange another time. This is unacceptable. I don't know when I will eventually receive my parcel from DSV Couriers East London! What should I do?
