Highly recommend any other courrier company.

They lost our parcel (value over ZAR1000) and told us we could claim up to ZAR250. They correspond via email addresses that either give "out of office" replies or "mailbox full" errors and claim they haven't received our emails. Calling them is just as impossible without someone's direct extension and they don't return messages. We've now received a mail saying the matter is closed due to lack of feedback: they want the sender's details, all of which are details that they have on record and which I've now sent 5 or 6 times. Unhappy that I have give one star, wish I could rate minus ten.
