Hi I bought a mtn phone through Mondo It was scheduled for delivery on Friday 11 July 2025 by DSV Before the delivery I was told to have my Identity Document and Proof of address which I had. When the delivery guy came he told me that he needs to scan my finger print in order to get my package The finger print device did not work and the delivery guy was very impatient . I then asked him what's the way forward are we going to reschedule delivery or what he just said he don't know and got in his car and left. It's Monday today and I've not heard from DSV I've been emailing them with no response
