Have been searching for a courier company that was good priced and convenient, seeing that you had lockers at my local service station and that your prices are good I thought I need to give it a try. I send four parcels which of two was no problem at all. The other two, well I spend most probably a half a day in real life finding out where they are and when they will get delivered. Trying to get hold of some sort of manager was a total impossibility and phoning Kimberley branch.....I don't think that branch excist cause from website to your reception couldn't give me a right number. After three weeks I was told that my client must go to the side of the road and wait for the driver, long story short I will not make use of your service ever again. Kind regards Marius
