Handed NB documentation to a stranger - Not surprised at all these complaints!
I am not surprised at all to see the very negative comments and accusations of lost deliveries. Toyota Financial Services say they trusted you to deliver very important documentation to me a while back. I never received it! Upon investigation it was made clear that your driver handed it to some stranger and allowed them to sign for it with no authority from me! I am now being forced to pay R 415 for a duplicate copy to be sent to me?! This is OUTRAGEOUS!!! You should be penalised for such activity! Shocking!!!!
