great stuff

Firstly I would like to apologize for the in appropriateness of my report and letting my anger take control of me. It was not my intention to offend anyone personally. People shouldn't get compliments for doing right what they are supposed to be doing right in the first place because they get paid for it, but in this case I was very impressed. I would like to thank Jazelle J. Davis and all those who have assisted with the query. A 10 day nightmare was eliminated in less than 24 hours. And a special thank you to the guys that personally came to deliver my parcel I was called at 8 that my parcel would be personally delivered before 12 it was done before 11. They even waited for someone to come and sign for the package as no one was available in the address. They called me about 7 times in that 3 hour time span to constantly update me of what was going on with the delivery. They even called me to describe the person they were signing over the package to and wanted to confirm that I was fine with it. Big ups to you guys truly a job well done and expectations more than exceeded. Hope the company gives them the recognition they deserve.
