Great expectations, disappointing service.
If you indicate that delivery will be 1-3 days then HOW can you only retrieve the parcel from the locker 24 hours after it was placed there? That makes no sense. Also when we planned to use your service you told us the delivery will take 24 hours. Well it is now 4 days and I am still waiting. Looking at all the other reviews, I will NOT use you again. Early in December we also had a parcel delivered by you and was also a week later than indicated.
