Great customer service from Tiffany - Cape Town Branch

Received stellar service from Tiffany Hendricks. After being on numerous calls with various different call centre agent, no one was able to advise on the location of my package and reasoning behind why my package was not delivered on the said day. The team advised that they would only be able to deliver the package the following week. After making contact with Tiffany, she was able to arrange same day delivery, and kept me in the loop at all times, with not a hint of agitation from her side.
