Giving MTN a bad name.
Absolutely ridiculous service my phone was supposed to be delivered today which never happened. DSV says that MTN requested that the phone should be returned to the warehouse. Their call center also says they wil phone you back and schedule a new delivery but that never happens. Every time I phone MTN they say that DSV should have delivered my phone. Keep phoning back and forth between the companies but no explanation as to what happened.
