FRUSTRATED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
I am very disappointed in DSV COURIERS I have called endless times and still the same response the driver is out on delivery it’s way past the time I have scheduled for my delivery and I have been wasting my airtime and waiting for agents to figure out and at the Durban branch no one picks up the call when I call to check the where abouts of the driver . This is terrible service ! DSV NEEDS TO COME RIGHT OR THEY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN ‼️ STICK TO YOUR WORDS

08 Jul 2023, 16:22DSV COMES TO MY RESIDENCE AND NOT DELIVERS PACKAGE !!! I HAVE TO WAIT TILL MONDAY WHICH WILL BE 2 WEEKS FOR ONE PARCEL I AM WAITING !!! THEIR BIO METRIC SYSTEM NEEDS TO FALL .. THEY ARE A HUGE COMPANY NOT A SMALL ONE OR JUST A BRAND NEW ONE IT HAS ENOUGH EXPERIENCE !!! ITS NOT MY FAULTY THE MACHINE DOES NOT WORK PROPER BUT THE REASON TO THAT IS BECAUSE ITS VERY OLD , IT MAY HAVE BEEN SERVICED BUT NOT BRAND NEW TO WORK AT FULL POTENTIAL !!! I HAVE SEEN AND HAD MANY SUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES FROM DSV ITSELF BUT THIS TIME ROUND IS NOT FAIR AT ALL. I HAVE WASTED MORE THAN R300 WORTH OF AIRTIME TO CALL AND STILL NOT BE HELPED !!
