******, from the get go. NEVER USE THEM

Absolutely the WORST service ever. Not only was the operator rude as hell, she blatantly LAUGHED at me on the phone. When I asked to speak to her manager, I was swiftly informed that he was on lunch - at 2pm in the afternoon. My parcel had to be delivered yesterday, and was scheduled, by themselves, wothout contacting me, for the 27th. Now, a package that had to take max 3 days to get to me will thake over a week. Pathetic.
