FNB Credit card not delivered
I waited for the whole month for my FNB Credit card to be delivered to me only to find out when I was phoning FNB it was delivered to the branch in an industrial park that I don't even know on the 21st October 2019. When I checked with DSV they are saying they got that the instruction from FNB which I know it's not true because it has never happened before. Mohamed is a manager but his pathetic.
FNB must change them because their service is horrible.
