FNB and DSV mountiescourier shocking service

My Credit card was approved a month ago. I had to call DSV to arrange delivery. According to FNB DSV was to contact me to arrange delivery. I contacted DSV last week Tuesday to arrange delivery and today is Thursday 8 days later and still no delivery. They claim the card was returned to the depo undelivered. I have been at home during this whole time knowing that the card will be delivered. It's shocking service from DSV Mountiescourier. FIRST NATIONAL BANK needs to rethink this courier service.
