f#$%D UP SERVICE AT DSV AND REWARDSCO
Not even worth one star, I did my upgrade for my phone on the 15th of March. Finally the phone arrives and they asked previously before coming here to have id and proof of adress. this was ready. Now there finger print machine does not pick me up so the parcel gets returned. I am currently frustrated with service from DSV and Rewardsco. They phone quickly for business but cannot deliver. DON'T EVER USE ANY OF THESE GUYS FOR YOUR CELLPHONE UPGRADE

09 Apr 2024, 12:29Still not resolved. I was promised to be called and yet nothing. Why is there no passion in the jobs people do. Replace them. Lots of people looking for work. Get rid of all these *********** staff. I can't believe such a huge company that cannot ge back and resolve matters. USELESS IS WHAT I SAY THEY ARE.
