Faulty biometrics and no alternative
Couldn't get my package from the driver because the DSV fingerprint scanner couldn't authenticate my finger print. Then what is the use of having my Id and copy.

18 Jan 2024, 15:18Dsv Road biometrics failed on the 15th Jan and they rescheduled another delivery on the 17th which never came due to a "system error". Another delivery was scheduled for today (18th) at 14:15 but guess what nothing from Dsv until I called them only for them to tell me that MTN Mondo shipping team stopped the delivery until they authenticate my identity. I call Mondo and they tell me that they know nothing about the cancellation of the delivery. Being made a fool for wanting to spend my money. I'm cancelling this contract.
